Bio
I'm a PhD researcher interested in emotions, needs, and self-esteem development. In my research, I examine how people's emotions and needs shape individual differences in development during life transitions. In my PhD project with Dr. Anne Reitz (Developmental Psychology) and Dr. Christina Meyers and Prof. Dr. Dorien Kooij (HR Studies), we examine processes of self-esteem change during the education-to-work transition.
