Bio

Dr. Margot Joosen is a health scientist and holds a PhD in occupational medicine on the topic of work and health. She currently works as a senior researcher at Tilburg University, The Netherlands. Her research focuses on mental health at work and sustainable employability of workers with health complaints such as fatigue complaints, (common) mental disorders and cancer survivors.

Margot is also interested in implementation research and how to strengthen wellbeing and (mental) health at work, especially in healthcare professionals. She supervises several PhD students and post-doc researchers in this area.
