Margo Janssens is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology in the department of Organization Studies at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. She obtained her Ph.D. (December, 2023) also from Tilburg University, titled: Communicative Patterns in Organizational (healthcare) Teams.
