Matias is a tenured assistant professor of strategic management. His research interests are corporate governance, top management teams, and research methods. His research has been published in Strategic Management Journal (SMJ) and Organizational Research Methods (ORM). Matias has a doctoral degree in strategic management from Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ, USA).
