Bio

My name is Marco Verdonk. I am a Ph.D. candidate and lecturer at the University of Tilburg. In 2013 I received my master degree in Dutch private law from the University of Amsterdam. My expertise is property law, insolvency law and Dutch procedural law. My Ph.D. research is focused on divestment clauses in executory contracts and the theoretical framework for their admissibility in case of corporate insolvency.
