Bio

My energy is divided between teaching and research at Tilburg University and consulting through Optimale Samenwerking (Optimal Collaboration). This combination allows me to learn from (and teach based on) fundamental research in the areas of strategic management and organization studies to undergraduate and graduate students AND to learn from professionals and practitioners and provide them with social science insights on how to understand and tackle (collaborative) organizational and strategic issues.
