Bio

Renata's research interests lie in the areas of virtual (project) work and multiple team membership, especially in relation to leadership and performance.
She holds a lecturer position in the department of Organization Studies and is also a member of Programme committee.

Her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including Leadership Quarterly, International Journal of Project Management, Human Resource Management Review, Group & Organization Management, European Management Journal, and Applied Psychology: An International Review.
