Bio

Sijia (Catherine) Ma is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems in the Department of Management at Tilburg School of Economics and Management. She received her Ph.D. in Information Systems at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

 

Her research interest lies in the economics of platform businesses, specifically including the individual behaviours, business activities, and societal impact of digital platforms. In particular, her research topics include sharing economy, omnichannel retail, and social media.

 

Her work is accepted for publication at Electronics Commerce Research and Applications. Her papers are also presented at international conferences such as ICIS, PACIS, WITS, etc.
