Bio

Dr. Sukyung (Sue) Park is a lecturer at Tilburg University. Her research focuses on international and sustainable development from sociological and economic perspectives, in particular the role of local players in developing world and private sector actors in the development process as a change agent. She takes an interdisciplinary approach (frugal innovation, technology, entrepreneurship) as one of the new paradigms challenging traditional development pathways to understand more complex and collaborative efforts needed to achieve sustainable development goals. She previously worked as a policy researcher and practitioner in international development.
