Training Talent Management
What are your personal qualities? What motivates you and what are your ambitions? In this extended training course, you will get to know yourself better and become more aware of how you can translate this information into a career that really suits you.
What will you learn?
After this course:
- You will know more about your personal skills and interests are.
- You will be more aware of your qualities and pitfalls.
- You will be more aware of what motivates you.
- You will understand yourself better, and which direction you could take in the labor market.
Specific job application skills are not part of this course. Would you like to know more about job application skills and practice these? Then you should take part in the 'Application skills: letter and CV' workshop and the 'Application skills: job interviews' workshop, or visit the Consultation hour for job applicants.
You will follow an intensive training program made up of two half-day training sessions in small groups. You must be prepared to devote a number of hours to preparation each week. You will complete various exercises and assignments during the training sessions, both individually and in groups.
After completing the course, you will still have the opportunity to discuss your career questions or career plans with your Career Services Officer or the Career Coach who led the course.
When you sign up for this course, you are committing yourself to attending all meetings. If you are absent from the first meeting, it will not be possible to complete the rest of the course. If you do not cancel your registration on time, you will be charged the fee for full participation (see registration procedure).

Based on the number of participants who have registered, a decision will be made about whether the workshop will take place one week before it is due to start.
