Joep Langen has a background as an organizational psychologist and, as the founder of Koeckebackers, is a 'cow backer for life'. He has an infectious drive to make the world a better place. His energetic inspirational talks are invariably highly appreciated.
After Joep gave up his well-paid job as a successful consultant in the energy sector, he decided to follow his heart. What did he envision? A social cow brand that creates job opportunities for people who cannot find work independently.
Without entrepreneurial experience or starting capital and without ever having baked a single cow, he took the plunge.
