The company of Tilburg University alumnus Sander Berendsen was selected based on turnover, growth, stability and profitability and was included in the list for the first time this year, at place 646.
Dual career students organise Online tournaments for students together with Tilburg during pandemic21st February 2021
Together with Tilburg municipality and multiple other stakeholders dual career students Rikke Schrauwen and Patrick de Brouwer, students of the Liberal Arts and Sciences program and part of the IQONIC startup incubator stationed at the Tilburg University campus, have rallied the region's stakeholders to provide a fitting social activity during the lockdown period.
Start-up facilitates a virtual open day for secondary school with a 360-degree tool19th February 2021
“Only the smell of the school building is still missing”. This was the way the virtual 360-degree tool was described by the visitors of the online open day of the Willem van Oranje College in Waalwijk. Although the pandemic has thrown a spanner in the works for many entrepreneurs, this does not apply to entrepreneur Thierry Maasdam. During this period he mainly sees opportunities that he knows how to make smart use of.

Researchers have developed an app against needle fear23rd November 2020
People in the Netherlands will soon have the opportunity to receive vaccination against COVID-19. However, an estimated 35% of all people suffer from needle fear. Elisabeth Huis in 't Veld has developed a game app which, based on thermal images of the face, can predict whether somebody is about to faint.
