Study Reboot (tackling procrastination together)
An effective instrument to tackle study procrastination can be found in peer group-support; working together focused on the same target; study-progress as top-priority.
That’s why we offer you to meet your ‘peer procrastinators’ and work together with them in small Skype-groups of 3 to 5 students each.
As soon as there are 3 or more applicants, they will be invited for a ‘start-up session’ together with the Student Psychologist.
In this Skype start-up session, principles of effective study methods (and working together) will be presented, discussed and transformed in specific targets for yourself and your own workgroup.
After this Skype session you will go on as a self-directed workgroup, whereby the Student Psychologist will stay available for online-coaching (tackling problems, answers to questions, relevant material and feedback), through Skype or by e-mail.
Depending on the preferences of the group; it can be English or Dutch spoken.
So don’t hesitate to prescribe or contact the Student Psychologist Jos Haarbosch if you have any questions.
