Study Reboot (tackling procrastination together)
An effective instrument to tackle study procrastination can be found in peer group-support; working together focused on the same target; study-progress as top-priority.
That’s why we offer you to meet your ‘peer procrastinators’ and work together with them in small groups of 5 up to 8 students each.
As soon as there are 5 or more applicants, they will be invited for a ‘start-up session’ together with the Student Psychologist.
In this start-up session, principles of effective study methods (and working together) will be presented, discussed and transformed in specific targets of your own work group.
After this session you will go on as a self-directed work group, whereby the Student Psychologist will stay available for e-coaching (tackling problems, answers to questions, relevant material, feedback).
Depending on the preferences of the group; it can be English or Dutch spoken.
So don’t hesitate to prescribe or contact the Student Psychologist Jos Haarbosch if you have any questions.
