Application deadlines to go on exchange in 2024/25

Thursday November 2, 2023 at 11:00 hours | Open for all applications for regular exchanges in the academic year 2024/25 (both Fall 2024 and Spring 2025). This is the one and only deadline where you can apply for a Fall 2024 exchange through the ISEP program! |
Thursday February 1, 2024 at 11:00 hours | Open for all applications for regular exchanges in the academic year 2024/25 (both Fall 2024 and Spring 2025). |
Tuesday March 26, 2024 at 11:00 hours | Open for all applications for regular exchanges in the academic year 2024/25 (both Fall 2024 and Spring 2025). This is the final deadline to apply for an exchange in the Fall 2024 semester. |
Thursday July 4, 2024 at 11:00 hours | Open for applications for regular exchanges in Spring 2025 only (applications for Fall 2024 will not accepted). |

Information sessions for going on exchange
The information session guides you through the process of researching destinations and preparing a strong application. It aims to answer all general, frequently asked questions that students have about the exchange process. We expect all students to attend an information session before scheduling an appointment with a Study Abroad & Exchange Coordinator.
Information sessions for students who want to go on exchange in 2024/25 will take place as follows. It is the same session repeated, so you only need to attend one session:
Monday 9 October 2023 - 15:00 to 16:00 in Room CZ25
This information session is specifically about going on exchange via the ISEP program.

Travel safety, COVID-19 and exchanges
Exchanges in the current and future academic years are possible in line with the development of the pandemic and other travel safety issues. Tilburg University and partner university guidelines apply and, if needed, students selected for an exchange will be informed of the applicable regulations ahead of their exchange. Students should always be aware of the risk that COVID-19 or other travel safety issues raised by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs might affect their exchange plans and plan accordingly. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs website is only available in Dutch; please contact us if you need assistance with understanding the information.
