Information concerning coronavirus
Tilburg University is closely following the developments concerning the coronavirus and will provide any updates here. It is in contact with the Municipal Health Service (GGD) and National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM).

Please note: In accordance with measures taken by Tilburg University to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the Study Abroad & Exchange Team is currently not offering physical Front Office hours or appointments.
Students applying for an exchange
Please set up an appointment with the Study Abroad & Exchange Team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your questions regarding your study abroad application for one of our upcoming deadlines. It is best to include the destinations you are interested in, so that the coordinator responsible for the region can arrange the appointment with you. Appointments are currently scheduled as phone calls or Skype conversations.
Selected, returned and incoming students
Please contact us via email@example.com or +31 (0)13 466 4477 with your questions. Our Phone Office Hours are Mon-Fri 10.00 - 12 .00 and 14.00 - 16.00. We will be able to advise you through these channels as well as sign most documents if you provide them via email.
- We are not able to answer the phone during weekends, but because of the coronavirus crisis, we monitor the firstname.lastname@example.org inbox a few times each day on weekends to possibly assist in case of an emergency. If you are facing very difficult times and you need immediate advice, please send us an e-mail explaining your situation, your question and how we can best reach you. We will do our best to get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We understand that these are difficult times, especially if you are far away from home or if your plans for the current or upcoming semester have been put into question. Please DO mention it if you are having a hard time and need any kind of further assistance. We are here to listen and stay in touch!
