How to file an objection with the Executive Board?
There's a difference in how to file an objection with the Executive Board: the difference is whether or not you are enrolled at Tilburg University. Please read the procedure carefully.
I am enrolled at the university and have an ANR
If you have an administration number, you can submit your objection through this website.
Directly log in with your ANR and password
You must fill in the fields indicated. It is important that you clearly state the decision you are objecting to and that you give a clear reasoning as to why you disagree with this decision. You can enclose documents with your objection (using the 'upload' button). It must, of course, be clear to you which decision you are objecting to, so it is important that you enclose this decision with your objection. You may also enclose correspondence (by e-mail or otherwise) or other documents which may be relevant to the handling of your objection.
Once you have filled out all the fields, click on the 'next' button. You can then read through your entire objection once more and print it out. By clicking on the ‘sent’ button, your notice of objection will be sent automatically to the Central Disputes and Complaints Desk. This Desk will forward your objection to the CABB. You can also submit a pro forma objection via this website. You can indicate that you wish to submit a pro forma objection in the field where you are asked to give your grounds.
I am not enrolled at the university and do not have an ANR
If you are not enrolled at the university, you can file a written objection by letter. You can address your letter to:
