How to file an objection with the Executive Board?

There's a difference in how to file an objection with the Executive Board: the difference is whether or not you are enrolled at Tilburg University. Please read the procedure carefully.

I am enrolled at the university and have a SNR

If you have a student number, you can submit your objection through this website. 

Directly log in to OSIRIS

It is important that you clearly state the decision you are objecting to and that you give a clear reasoning as to why you disagree with this decision in OSIRIS. You can upload documents, relevant to the processing of your objection, when submitting an objection via OSIRIS, under documents and forms. In OSIRIS, you can read your objection one more time and print it out.

 

I am not enrolled at the university and do not have a SNR (student number)

If you are not enrolled at the university, you can file a written objection by letter. You can address your letter to:

Central Disputes and Complaints Desk

5000 LE Tilburg

This objection must meet the following requirements:

  • Your notice of objection must reach the Central Disputes and Complaints Desk within six weeks of the decision you are objecting to;
  • Please describe the decision you are objecting to and include the decision;
  • Give reasons why you disagree with this decision;
  • You must date and sign the objection;
  • You must include a completely filled out cover sheet.
