Internal complaints procedures
All student rights and duties in relation to the curriculum, tuition, examinations, student facilities, student representation and legal protection are enshrined in Tilburg University's Students' Charter.
Objections or complaints regarding decisions in conflict with the rights and duties provided in the Student's Charter, alleged improper treatment, or decisions which you disagree with, should be submitted by means of a letter of complaint, objection or appeal.
We have provided a list of the various bodies within the university who may be able to assist you and provide you with information on the necessary procedures.
