Education and Examination Regulations (EER) Law
Tilburg Law School is required to establish an Education and Examination Regulations (EER) for their programs. This contains the main aspects of education and examination, and thus forms the basic document for students and instructors. The regulations of recent years can be found in the archive.
These additions are included in the Tilburg University Education Service document. This document serves as an appendix to the Education and Examination Regulations and the Rules and Guidelines of the Examination Boards.

It may happen that, in the information that you receive on the interim examinations or that you read on the website concerning registration for exams, different terms are used for the same things or arrangements referred to in the EERs or the Rules and Regulations of the Examining Board. However, this does not alter the spirit of the EERs or the Rules and Regulations.
