Fraud and plagiarism Law School
Committing fraud or plagiarism is incompatible with an academic attitude and will be taken very seriously. The sanctions which the Examining Board can impose may therefore be heavy: you may be barred from all interim examinations for a maximum of one year.
Any suspicion of fraud will be directly reported to the Examining Board. Articles 7 and 8 of the Rules and Regulations contain information on the definition of fraud and the procedure to be followed in the event.
