Special circumstances while studying
What obstacles can you encounter during your studies, what facilities can help you prevent, reduce or financially compensate for study delays, where can you find information about this and who can advise and guide you in the process?
When you study in Tilburg, you start at the beginning and the goal is to get to the end point with as little delay as possible: graduation! It is therefore important that you have a steady study progress. Along the way, however, you may encounter all kinds of obstacles that you do not choose to face ("force majeure"), but you can also choose to take trips; do an internship, hold a board position, work, take additional courses, etc.
There are all kinds of regulations, procedures and tools to prevent and minimize study delays as much as possible; to compensate if you do get delayed; and there are student counselors to inform and help you with certain choices you may face.
