Universities of the Netherlands (UNL) has responded to the government’s Balanced Internationalization bill. While UNL is satisfied with the control instruments included in the bill, it is deeply concerned about the feasibility of a number of the proposed measures, such as the language measures.

Mentor Café
During this evening, startup entrepreneurs use speed dates to talk to experienced entrepreneurs who can help them further with networking and useful advice. They have gone through the same phases when starting their business and are keen to help early-stage entrepreneurs accelerate their business. The evening will provide a relevant broadening of your network, possibly a match with one or more mentors for a follow-up meeting, and above all, a lot of useful information on the evening itself.

Dies Natalis 2023
Professor Dineke de Groot, President of Supreme Court of the Netherlands, will receive an honorary doctorate during Tilburg University’s dies natalis on November 16, 2023. Honorary supervisors Professor Stéphanie van Gulijk and Professor Reinout Wibier of Tilburg Law School will present her with the honorary doctorate for her outstanding social merits and academic achievements, fostering the connection between the judiciary and society.

Brabant Dragon's Den | Global Entrepreneurship Week
On Friday, November 17, we will close the Global Entrepreneurship Week with the the Dragon's Den. Seven startups, one from each knowledge institution (TU/e, Tilburg University, JADS, Avans, Fontys, BUAS and HAS) will be on stage for the dragons in our Brabant capital, Den Bosch.
