Prof. dr. Ronald de Jong takes us into the world of responsible leadership: Where previously the main goal of companies was to create shareholder value, today this is outdated. Creating shared value is the new doctrine. Responsible leaders take responsibility for more than just the short-term financial results of their organizations, they feel obligated to help society move forward.
