Bio
My name is Cécile, I am currently doing a PhD and lecturing at Tilburg University. I am a Work and Organization Psychologist, with a special interest in Cultural Psychology, cross-cultural Skills and Diversity and Inclusion. Before I studied Psychology, I studied history and I have been teaching children (4-12 years old), high school students, University students and adults in various disciplines.
I am an active member of SIETAR and of the SIG Experiential and Transformative Learning of Tilburg University.
The topic of my PhD project is knowledge sharing/creation in and configurations of conditions regarding (cross-border) interorganizational collaborations for innovation purposes, with a special interest in the QCA method. My supervisors are Tine Buyl and Roel Rutten.
