Expertise

A PhD researcher in business and human rights under the supervision of Professor Jägers. Ben is currently carrying out participatory research on the effects of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights' endorsement of operational level, non-judicial grievance mechanisms and their role in access to remedy. His focus is on their role as a researcher, in order to inform current scholarship with evidence-driven research.
