As senior researcher / research coordinator I am involved in several research projects, mainly within two of Tranzo's academic collaborative centers: 'Quality of healthcare providers and systems' and 'Social work'. Previously, I worked for an agency developing guidelines for long-term care (SKILZ). My PhD research was about quality in healthcare for people with Down syndrome and quality indicators measuring this quality. Before, I was involved in several research projects focusing on knowledge exchange and co-creation in public health, primary care for vulnerable groups, and participatory research. I always try to connect science with practice by involving professionals from multiple disciplines as well as clients/patients/citizens in my research.
