Jelte Wicherts (1976) is full professor in methodology and chair of the Department of Methodology and Statistics at the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. He studies scientific practices and methods to identify their weak spots in order to strengthen science. He is predominantly a meta-researcher and is interested in a wide range of topics related to individual differences in intelligence, group differences in IQ, errors with statistics, reproducibility, publication bias, p-hacking, transparency, and psychological measurement.
