Bio

Prof.Dr. Louis Mulotte has been a visiting scholar at Duke University (USA), Université de Louvain (Belgium), IAE Paris Sorbonne (France), and LUISS Business School (Italy). He widely consults on a variety of topics related to corporate growth including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, divestitures, and international strategies, with particular emphasis on how such corporate activities facilitate firm renewal. He developed specific tools and frameworks that help firms select, implement, and evaluate such strategies. He has worked on/with firms operating in various industrial and service settings, from aircraft manufacturing, water supply, and medical systems to hospitality and mass retailing. His academic work has appeared in numerous academic journals, including Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science. He also sits on the Editorial Review Board of the Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, and Academy of Management Discoveries.
