Dr. Patricio Dalton is Associate Professor at Tilburg U. Economics Department. He is Director of ENTER (European Network on Training in Economic Research), fellow at CAGE, CentER, EBC, IGL, IPA and member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the National Institute Economic Review, UK. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from University of Warwick and has previously held senior positions at the Argentine Ministry of Economy and the Interamerican Development Bank. His research focuses on the interaction between poverty and economic decision-making, using both, theory and experiments in the laboratory and the field. His academic work has been published in leading economic and interdisciplinary journals, including JEEA, EJ and Management Science. He has been member and adviser in various PhD committees and has won diverse awards for research and teaching, including a € 4 million FCDO grant to study barriers for small-firm growth in developing countries.
