Bio

Saša Batistič is an Associate Professor at the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Tilburg University, Department of Human Resource Studies. His current research interests include relational human resource management, social networks, work relationships, socialization of organizational newcomers, employability, and advanced research methods such as bibliometrics. His work has been published in distinguished academic journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management Review, Human Relations, British Journal of Management, International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Knowledge Management, among others. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior
