What to do in case of an emergency?
Do you need to report an emergency on campus? If so, you can call Tilburg University's emergency number. Through the emergency number (013) 466 2525 you can call security in case of emergencies. This includes medical emergencies, fire (smell), gas smell or other situations where help is urgently needed.
When calling the emergency number it is important to briefly and clearly state the following:
- Name and work address
- Phone number
- What has happened
- Where something has happened and if there are any casualties
In case of fire, also press the hand fire alarm. This report always arrives at the Security of building V and from there a signal goes to the fire department.
If you are you calling mobile from your workplace, don't forget to call the entire phone number: 013 466 2525. Save the number in your phone so you are prepared in case of an emergency.
