Spring Cooking workshop at De Leyhoeve (April 19-fully booked)
Cooking and eating together, but also some sound information on culinary cultures, the products and ways to prepare them, and the presentation: instructive and tasty! Have you always wanted to cook like a real chef? Sign up quickly for one of the two evenings!
Program (doors open at 18:00 hrs., 18:30 hrs. program starts)
While enjoying a drink, the four-course spring menu we will prepare together is explained. We then set to work under the expert guidance of chef Rob Heijlands. During the preparation of the meal, there will be enough time for a drink and a chat. After an hour to an hour and a half, we will sit down to enjoy the culinary delights we have prepared. In between, the groups who prepared the separate courses will take brief turns in the kitchen for the final touches to the next course.
Drinks are included in this four-hour program, with the usual soft drinks and fruit juices, beer, white and red house wine, still and sparkling mineral water.

The members’ contribution for this activity is € 25 per Unifriends member.
