Payment

Payment method

At the moment, you have not yet met your payment obligation. You can enter your payment details in Studielink from mid-June onwards.
Please note: current pre-Master’s students who re-enroll in the same pre-Master’s program will not be able to confirm the digital direct debit authorization before September 1.

Action to be taken by student:

Log in to your Studielink account and enter your payment details.

If you want to transfer the full amount yourself, indicate in Studielink that you do not have a SEPA* bank account (country of residence is then a non-SEPA* country). Always mention your full name and your student number as a reference. As of mid-June, these payments will be processed administratively.

If someone else is going to pay tuition fee on your behalf through a digital authorization, the third party's authorization must be registered through Studielink. If you (or the person paying on your behalf) do not have a Dutch or other SEPA* bank account, you can pay via personal remittance (transferring the tuition fee to Tilburg University’s bank account). Please state your name and student number in the payment notification and indicate in Studielink that you will arrange your payment directly with the educational institution. These payments will be processed administratively from mid-June onwards.

For non-EEA students

If you have already transferred the tuition fee during your immigration process, you still need to choose a payment method in Studielink to complete this step. Of course, you do not have to transfer the amount again.

If you have any questions, please contact the Student Desk.

*SEPA means Single Euro Payments Area. The Netherlands is a SEPA country. You can find an overview of all SEPA countries on the webpage Single Euro Payments Area.
