The use of green hydrogen and the chicken-and-egg problem: how the law can solve it
How do we move away from the use of fossil fuels towards climate neutrality? Sustainable hydrogen has great potential but is not widely available yet, nor are we ready to use it. Law scholar Max Baumgart of the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and society (TILT) is investigating how to stimulate markets for sustainable hydrogen as well as innovation by means of rules and regulations.

The brand-new Marga Klompé building: Creativeness, sustainability, and an eye for the environment
On January 29, 2024, we will proudly inaugurate the Marga Klompé building. The lecture halls and study places offer space for approximately 1,000 students. The largest of the fourteen lecture halls seats 450. We are looking forward eagerly to the inspiration and creativeness which this brand-new building will offer students and staff.
