Research Fellow Martijn Nolen
After having enjoyed being Head of Legal Affairs at Tilburg University for the past five years, I recently made the transition to the Vereniging CVO Rotterdam en omstreken. This association maintains 38 secondary schools for 20,000 students. Here I fulfill the role of Secretary/Director of Governance and Policy.

Research Fellow Marie Petersmann
Marie Petersmann works as an Assistant Professorial Research Fellow at the London School of Economics (LSE) Law School since September 2023. Previously, Marie worked at the Department of Public Law and Governance at Tilburg Law School as Postdoctoral Researcher in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Researcher in 2022. As a member of the ‘Constitutionalizing in the Anthropocene’ (CitA) research project, she contributed with Professor Hans Lindahl to the ‘Concepts & Foundations’ theme of the project. At TLS, she actively participated in the weekly CitA ‘fika’ research seminars and the monthly ‘Jurisprudence & Legal Philosophy’ and ‘Trending in International Law’ seminars.
