Motivation is key! − TSHD Educational Event 2024

Date: Time: 14:00 Location: Dante building

TSHD’s Educational Afternoon 2024 will take place on Tuesday, June 18 from 14:00-17:30 in the Dante Building.
The theme of this year's keynote is: what defines student motivation and how can we use that in education. Motivation of both students and teachers also plays a role in the sessions following the keynote.

After the plenary session you can choose to attend an inspiring 2-hour workshop on story telling tools for teaching or attend 1 of 2 parallel sessions organized by TSHD teachers. The topics of these teacher sessions are: alternative grading methods, teaching students how to write, smart solutions for group work projects, and of course, how do our teachers make use of GEN AI in their education?

Over drinks at the end of the afternoon the TSHD 'best teacher awards' will be presented by the vice dean of education Dries Deweer.

So don't hesitate and sign up for this inspiring afternoon where teaching and issues that teachers are dealing with are the focus of attention.

Enrollment is open to all TSHD teachers and staff as well as interested teachers and staff from other Schools.
