The web chat button appears on each right-hand side of the library’s web pages. Click on this button to start a chat conversation. The color of this button shows whether or not an employee is available.
Disclaimer and guidelines
- The web chat is an experimental service.
- The web chat is intended for questions that are easy to answer. In other cases, you can be referred to other means of communication such as telephone, e-mail and/or the desk in the library.
- The web chat is available on workdays from 10:00am-12:30pm and from 1:00-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
- No number or e-mail address can be left where you will be called back or e-mailed later.
