The web chat button appears on each right-hand side of the library’s web pages. Click on this button to start a chat conversation. The color of this button shows whether or not an employee is available.

The web chat is an experimental service.
The web chat is intended for questions that are easy to answer. In other cases, you can be referred to other means of communication such as telephone, e-mail and/or the desk in the library.
The web chat is available on workdays from 10:00am-12:30pm and from 1:00-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
No number or e-mail address can be left where you will be called back or e-mailed later.
For questions regarding IT-related matters, you are requested to consult the Self Service Portal IT. You can find the answers on the most common questions there.
