Symposium about Audio-Psycho-Phonology (APP)

Date: Time: 18:30 Location: Aula

You might be wondering “What in the world is Audio-Psycho-Phonology?!”
APP is a method proposed to alter brain connections by auditory stimulation helping people with a variety of developmental and learning challenges. We are happy to announce that Jozef Vervoort (head of the Belgium institute) will give a presentation and invites you for discussion on this topic.

It will take place on Thursday, May 2, at 18:30 in the Auditorium (CZ24).

The peer-to-peer AD(H)D group has organized a symposium for everyone to join!

About Jozef Vervoort and Audio-Psycho-Phonology

The center for Auditory Brain Stimulation is inspired by Prof. Tomatis' research. Led by Jozef Vervoort and his daughter Astrid, Atlantis offers therapy that targets the brain, the psyche, and the body. By alternating stimulation of auditory and balance nerves and using specialized equipment, they claim to create new brain connections and strengthen existing ones. Through years of experience, diverse therapies, and scientific research, Atlantis has achieved interesting results for both children and adults with various challenges. This symposium will focus on the relationship it has with AD(H)D and other neurodivergence.

We would appreciate knowing whether you would like to attend this symposium by filling out the form, using the link below. It is not necessary to sign up to attend the evening but it is important (due to organizational constraints) to know how many people are eager to experience this great evening together.
