8-11 April 2024 Research week Constitutionalizing in the Anthropocene
Tilburg Law School’s research community on Constitutionalizing in the Anthropocene will host an ambitious series of workshops April 8-11.
The workshops bring more than two dozen leading scholars from around the world who conduct research on aspects of the Anthropocene in legal theory, philosophy, environmental and climate law and governance, international public law and law & technology studies. Organized into five thematic workshops, the 2024 Research Week aims to foster constructive dialogues about how the Anthropocene, including legal, constitutional and governance practices in the Anthropocene, disrupt our disciplinary fields of scholarship.
