This congress focuses on making students aware of the fact organizations have a responsibility towards society. Questions such as "why do they have this responsibility", "how do they cope with it" and "what are pitfalls they have to look out for" will all be answered by different organizations. It's interesting for all students because it's useful to know why an organization operates the way it does as a corporate citizen.

This paper examines the application of competition law to control excessive prices and considers the relationship between the application of competition law and other sector-specific regulatory techniques to regulate prices to inquire what the role of competition law intervention might be.
