Niña Weijers wins E. du Perron Prize
22nd April 2024The winner of the E. du Perron Prize 2022/23 is Niña Weijers for her book Cassandra. The prize will be presented on May 16 at the kickoff of the 'Night University Festival' on the campus of Tilburg University. The biennial prize (€ 10,000 and an artwork) is intended for writers, artists, or public intellectuals who, like Du Perron in his time, identify and break down boundaries to stimulate mutual understanding among different population groups.

Performance by Jan Cremers on labor migration at pop-up editorial for local issues
19th April 2024Starting from April 24, journalists from the TV program Pointer and Brabants Dagblad will conduct a month-long investigation into issues that residents in Noord-Brabant feel need to be explored. Labor sociologist Jan Cremers of Tilburg Law School will participate in the kick-off 'meet-up' of Pointer with a contribution on labor migration.
