Performance by Jan Cremers on labor migration at pop-up editorial for local issues
Starting from April 24, journalists from the TV program Pointer and Brabants Dagblad will conduct a month-long investigation into issues that residents in Noord-Brabant feel need to be explored. Everyone is welcome to contribute issues for investigation. Labor sociologist Jan Cremers of Tilburg Law School will participate in the kick-off 'meet-up' of Pointer with a contribution on labor migration.
There is a growing group of homeless people in Tilburg. In addition to labor migrants and the traditional homeless, there is a growing group of economically homeless, such as single parents with children. There is hardly any accommodation available for these groups. Jan Cremers will contextualize labor migration in a historical perspective.
The Meet-up will take place on April 24 at 8:00 PM in the LocHal.
