By sending in this form you agree with the conditions stated below.
1. Should you be unable to attend, it is possible to reschedule the assessment (up to two weeks before the assessment date).
2. Cancellation can only be done in writing by sending an e-mail to languagecenter@tilburguniversity.edu. You can cancel your participation free of charge up to 2 weeks before the date of the assessment. If the cancellation is less than two weeks before the date of the assessment your department will be charged € 150.
3. Language Center exam rules apply for the English Language Assessment.

We use your data to process your registration for the English Language Assessment. Your personal data will be handled by university employees and will not be shared with third paties.
