In memoriam alumnus Paul Burghouts

The sad news reached us that a very involved alumnus, Paul Burghouts has passed away at the age of 80.
Paul was a board member of the Tilburg University Fund from 2015 to 2020, before that he was involved with the university for years as a ‘Vriend van Cobbenhagen’ and during his studies a member of dispuut Pallieter.
Paul Burghouts still had regular contact with the alumni office. Involved as he was, he regularly inquired about the status of the university fund. We will greatly miss Paul as an ambassador for Tilburg University. We wish his wife Marlies and daughters Caroline, Nicole and Fleur and all other family members lots of strength in the coming period.
