Working visit ministers on importance of work for people with mental illness

On Monday, January 23, Minister Carola Schouten (Poverty, Participation and Pensions) and Minister Conny Helder (Long-term Care and Sports) paid a working visit to mental health institution Reakt. During the working visit they discussed at length the importance of good support in getting people with mental vulnerability into work. Both employees and employers were given the space to share their experiences. Dr. Kim Janssens, researcher at Tranzo - Tilburg University, gave scientific support on the importance of work for people with mental vulnerability.
