Description of the research field and topics

We seek to understand the real behavior and performance outcomes of firms and other organizations which are complex and whose managers are boundedly rational. We apply diverse research methods to create evidence-based knowledge that is useful in addressing current and future challenges in business and society. Our research currently centers around four areas: (1) corporate and international strategy, (2) organizational learning, collaboration and innovation within and across firms, (3) links between strategy, organizational environment and performance, and 4) startup and corporate entrepreneurship.

PhD candidates in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship will receive a course program consisting of:

• Advanced Microeconometrics

All PhD in Business students will follow the mandatory research integrity module.
