Revising EU competition law: from the challenges of digitisation to a new EU industrial policy
We will present several recent proposals to revise EU competition rules or their application, namely the letter of Dutch Economics Secretary of State and the manifesto by the French and German governments. We will also cover the G7 Common Understanding on 'Competition and Digital Policy' and highlights of the report ‘Competition policy for the digital era’ for DG Competition by Crémer, De Montjoye & Schweitzer.
