Apple Seminar 'Appellate Jurisprudence in 2024: socially effective or not (at all)?'

On May 24, 2024, the Apple Seminar 'Appellate Jurisprudence in 2024: Socially Effective or Not (at all)?' will take place at the Court of Appeal in 's-Hertogenbosch. The seminar is an initiative of Nadine Groeneveld-Tijssens (appellate attorney at AKD and special professor of appellate jurisprudence at Tilburg University) and Sjoerd Bakker (judge at the Court of Appeal in Arnhem-Leeuwarden and special professor of judiciary at Radboud University Nijmegen) in collaboration with the Court of Appeal in 's-Hertogenbosch.
