Edited by Labour Law colleague Willem Plessen, among others, the Special of the Tijdschrift Recht en Arbeid (TRA) came out in June “The State of the Polder.”
TRA, the Labor Law Association and the Dutch Association for Labor Relations organized a well-attended symposium on November 30 at the General Employers Association of the Netherlands as a result. A very informative and fascinating meeting.
