This week, Paul had the privilege of speaking at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy (#MinEZK) about the ongoing reforms in product safety and product liability law.
He spoke specifically about the (likely) changes new EU rule-making will have for online marketplaces. They thus also discussed the (un)likelihood of these actors incurring strict liability under the regimes as proposed in Product Liability Directive.
