Systematic review of Western European public and private policies and (proposed) legislation to implement a circular built environment

On 31 August 2023, Jonas Voorter and Stéphanie van Gulijk presented the research results of their systematic analysis of Western European public and private policies and (proposed) legislation for a circular construction sector at the 10th edition of the EELF conference in Leipzig.
The conference turned out to be an interesting exchange of ideas with other speakers from the University of Utrecht, University of Lisbon, and the University Rovira I virgili in Tarragona, among others.
The results of this research were also recently published in the ‘International Construction Law Review’.
